The little details.

Deposits
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment. Deposits may not be transferred to another client.

Late arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals after that grace period are subject to a $25 late fee.

Rescheduling
One reschedule is permitted within 30 days of the original appointment date, subject to availability.
Cancellations
Same-day cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service price.

After-hours appointments
An after-hours squeeze-in appointment may be available for an additional $25, based on availability.

Guests
Only the scheduled client is permitted inside the studio room. Additional guests are asked to wait outside.
Identification
Clients may be asked to provide acceptable photo identification for appointment verification.
